My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was cozy and clean, the service was friendly, and the location was unbeatable. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple metro stations with plenty of dining options around. The room, although a bit tight with a small bed, was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, especially during a late check-in. The dining experience at nearby restaurants was simple yet delicious. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, catering to essential needs.

6.8/10
I found the hotel to have a warm and cozy vibe, with a lovely terrace space in the room. The shower could use some improvement, and the toilet area got quite warm at night. The staff was generally pleasant, although one concierge was a bit pushy about extra services. The location, near Charon metro station, was convenient for everyday travel, but the area itself wasn't the best. The hotel had good dining options, though slightly overpriced. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
Rooms

The room had a cozy terrace space, but the shower setup and warmth in the toilet area could be improved.
Service

The staff, aside from one concierge, were friendly and accommodating. There was a slight issue when the manager didn't follow up as promised.
Location

Close to Charon metro station for convenience, but the surrounding area was not the most appealing.

The dining was good but slightly overpriced for what was offered. The in-room service for breakfast was a nice touch.

7.4/10
The hotel has a few drawbacks like drenching showers and a soulless atmosphere in the rooms, but the standard size and safe for valuables are positive aspects. The helpful service and personalized recommendations add to the overall experience. The location offers a vibrant, non-touristy Parisienne setting with easy access to transportation and local bistros. While the dining experience lacks variety without breakfast included, the hotel's pad thai dish is worth trying, and the facilities are adequate for a boutique stay.
Rooms
7.0
The light-colored rooms with large prints at the head of the bed are quite small but typical for boutique hotels in Paris. They lack a wardrobe but do provide hooks for clothes and a safe for valuables. However, the shower setup causes the floor to get wet easily, and there's no place to hang towels. The room temperature tends to fluctuate between too hot and too cold.
Service
9.0
The staff accommodated luggage storage, early check-in, and promptly provided a hairdryer when needed. They are extremely helpful, offering guidance on local attractions and cafes. However, the sight of a staff member watching videos in the stairwell may seem peculiar.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location on Rue de Charonne provides a vibrant and colorful experience outside the city center, near two metro stations and within walking distance of Le Marais. It offers an authentic Parisienne atmosphere with numerous bistros and restaurants, away from the tourist crowds.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast, at an additional cost of 13 euros, offers limited options with cold meats, yogurt, cereals, and pastries. However, the pad thai dish stands out as a quick and enjoyable choice for guests in a hurry.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel lacks certain facilities like wardrobe space in rooms and adequate drying areas for shower towels. Despite this, the absence of a soulless ambiance and the staff's personalized assistance enhance the boutique experience.

7.0/10
I stayed at this hotel which I found clean and the breakfast was good. They even offer room service if you prefer. The service was excellent, although the room was a bit cramped and showed some wear and tear, although the bathroom was huge. The location was convenient, near the subway. However, the presence of shady characters nearby made me a bit uneasy.
Rooms
7.0
The room, although not very spacious, was clean and the service was good. The bathroom was huge, which was a nice surprise. Some scuffs on the walls were visible.
Service
8.0
The staff was always helpful and welcoming, and they promptly sorted out any issues during my stay. Although I found it a bit odd to see someone watching a video on the stairs, the service was overall very good.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, which was great for exploring the city. However, I felt a bit uneasy due to some shady characters hanging around the area.
Dining
6.0
I chose to skip the buffet in the reception area as I preferred the vibe of nearby cafes. The breakfast options were a bit limited but sufficient. The price seemed a bit high for the offerings.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers tours/ticket assistance and a welcome drink, along with housekeeping services. However, the dining experience was a bit lackluster.
